The Stimson Center’s Radiological Source Security Legal Index project periodically reviews the legal requirements for radiological material security in 193 countries, measuring each against important elements of International Atomic Energy Agency guidance for radioactive source security. Provided as a searchable database, these reviews provide a holistic understanding of radiological security around the world, identifying both strengths and potential areas of improvement.
